A gentle, rhythmic technique with very light pressure that supports lymphatic flow. Often booked for heavy legs, after long periods of standing or sitting and alongside body-contouring treatments. Not a substitute for medically prescribed manual lymphatic drainage.

Spanish facial massage
A sculpting massage of face, neck and décolleté with long, drawing strokes. Works on muscle tone and circulation and can be finished directly with an alginate mask that makes the effect more visible.
Sports massage
Brisk, firm work on the muscle groups under strain – before or after training, for sore muscles and for tension from one-sided load.

Cupping massage
Massage with cupping glasses that work on the tissue through suction. Stimulates circulation in the treated area. Bruising is possible and usually fades within a few days – we discuss this before the appointment.

VIP massage & “Dialogue with the Body”
The two long formats. The VIP massage combines several techniques into one continuous 90-minute treatment. “Dialogue with the Body” takes two hours and is adapted during the session to whatever the body shows that day – the most extensive programme in the studio.

Short, targeted treatments for individual areas – good as a regular appointment in between or as an addition to a longer treatment.

Frequently asked questions about massage
How often should I come for a massage?
For acute tension a rhythm of every one to two weeks over three to five sessions helps, then every three to six weeks for maintenance. Anti-cellulite massage only works as a series – usually eight to ten sessions a few days apart.
What should I wear or bring?
Nothing special. We provide towels and oil. You undress as far as the booked massage requires and are covered up.
Massage during pregnancy, illness or medication?
Please tell us before the appointment. With acute inflammation, fever, thrombosis risk or in the first months of pregnancy we do not massage or only in a limited way; with blood thinners we skip cupping.
Is lymphatic drainage a medical treatment?
No. It is a cosmetic, decongesting massage – not a substitute for manual lymphatic drainage prescribed by a doctor and performed by a physiotherapist. It cannot be billed to health insurance.
Can I combine several treatments in one appointment?
Yes, for example full-body massage with pressotherapy or anti-cellulite massage with a body wrap. In the booking catalogue you put several treatments into a single appointment.
