How it works
Choose an amount, add the recipient’s name and a personal note if you like, and pay securely online – by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay via Stripe. Right after payment the gift card arrives by e-mail: with its code, value, your note and the expiry date, to forward or print. If you would rather hand over something physical, buy it at the studio during opening hours.
Redeeming
The recipient books as usual – online, by phone or via WhatsApp – and shows the gift card code at the studio, printed or on the phone. The value is credited against the treatment; any remaining balance stays on the card for the next visit. If the chosen treatment costs more, the difference is paid at the studio.

Redeemable for
All treatments in the current range – massage, skin care, RF microneedling and SPA. The card value is credited at the treatment price on the day of the visit.
Transferable
The card is not tied to a person and may be passed on. It is redeemed by whoever presents it.
No cash redemption
The value is credited against treatments only. Cash payouts – including remaining balances – and exchanges for another gift card are not possible.
If lost
Please treat the code like cash: whoever presents it can redeem it. With the e-mail address used for the purchase we can usually resend the code; without it no replacement is possible.
Right of withdrawal
For online purchases you have 14 days from receipt to withdraw, as long as the card has not been redeemed. A short message with the card code is enough; the amount is refunded the same way it was paid.
Gift card FAQ
Can I choose the amount freely?
Yes. Common amounts are there as suggestions; under “Other amount” you enter your own – the possible range is shown right next to the field. To give a specific treatment, take its price from the price list and name it in the personal note.
How quickly does the gift card arrive?
Right away: the e-mail with the gift card is sent immediately after payment, usually within a minute. Please also check your spam folder if it does not show up.
Can I also buy a gift card directly at the studio?
Yes, during opening hours – cash or card, printed and ready to take with you. Online it takes two minutes, also outside opening hours.
What happens to a remaining balance?
It stays on the card and is credited at the next visit – until the value is used up or the validity ends.
How do I pay?
Online via Stripe – by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The gift card only becomes valid with the payment; if you cancel at Stripe, nothing is charged and you can simply start the purchase again.
